As a young engineer, I came to understand that there is nothing as complex as another human being.

My most formative role began early in my career with my first job as a shop floor supervisor. Wearing safety goggles and steel-toed shoes, I was struck by how much can blossom when we engage with one another in shared goals and objectives. Against a backdrop of clattering machines and passing forklifts, the seeds of my passion for human development had been sown.

After earning an MBA, I was given the opportunity to work in Operations at an Automotive Supplier in Birmingham, England. There, my budding understanding of human dynamics deepened. My way of being and communicating needed to shift for me to be successful leading teams of union workers. Once again, I saw how much is possible when we listen deeply and allow ourselves to be moved—but not pushed around—by others.

My foundational experiences led to critical roles in production, market forecasting, and sales, across a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Automotive, and Talent Solutions.

Prior to entering the Talent Solutions field, I worked as an account leader for a Tier One automotive supplier, with responsibility for $485M in annual sales revenue. This role challenged me to develop stronger negotiation skills and the fortitude to hold my position in the midst of conflict, while always seeking win-win solutions.

As I write this, it becomes clear that coaching and supporting others holistically was a natural next step!

On a personal level, I am passionate about music, art, nature, and how they interconnect. I am a lifelong dancer and writer. I am a scuba diver, world traveler, and student of life.

I promise to bring the full diversity of my experiences into my work, and I invite my clients to do the same.

I can’t wait to see what you bring!
